Without revealing too much, I worked factory floor at Amy's for a while 2 years ago... no air conditioning & stuffy atmosphere; 2-3 bathroom breaks, at most. ngl cutting blocks of cheese and chucking them at the shredder was kinda fun, and you could take some of the baked pizza bread and cheese back home if you wanted. but they made you work overtime sometimes... and then it wouldn't appear on your paycheck. so, after a couple of months I bailed.

I'm glad they're pushing back, the contract legit opens up with a "we don't need to talk about unions, we're a family here" aka the oldest red flag.

It sucked. They have percentages and stats on huge screens, and everyone would glance up in despair if the percentage started going 101%, 102%, etc.

Like the topping and sauce line workers, I imagine they were the ones that got denied bathroom and water breaks. And they stood around for hours slowly fucking up their posture and developing carpal tunnel.
