How the fuck do we fix this?

I assume since catcalling is about a predatory display of power, not attraction, that its just opportunistic predators getting their rocks off to being intimidating and girls are easy targets while grown women are themselves intimidating? Other implications (pedophilia being that common) are scarier. I just dont know how we fix this problem. Its frightening to me to see all these women say the same thing. That they were first catcalled when they were 12 or so and often saying that it stopped or lessened as they got older.

yeah i think its because if you look scared already men know they can get under your skin. teen girls tend to walk alone like scared gazelles. if you catcall a grown ass person they might tell you off and poof there goes you power trip. I walk with confidence now.
