Who used the wealth stolen from revolutionary states, by decades or centuries of colonization or occupation by collaborators, against those same places when financing propaganda operations, arms races, sanctions/embargoes, espionage, terrorism, and invasions & occupations? Who weaponized their mass media organizations against revolutionaries for milquetoast civil rights' suspensions for wealthy collaborators in their societies? Who interfered in their revolutions and prolonged the liberalization which follows the correcting of historical wrongs? God forbid someone die in a revolution, certainly unheard of - I mean look at the US Revolution. Anyway, I wish I could remember who did that.
