I believe this will mostly affects games which were lacking in technology.

I'd personally LOVE to see The Sims 1 or The Sims 2 re-released with performance and resolution upgrades, and, most importantly, made to be open world. Since they're older, I believe they could very easily render the entire map like The Sims 3, but with the charm of TS1 or TS2.

I cannot think of other games, since most games I see as adequate, whereas TS1 and TS2 were bound by system performance during their respective times.

Sid Meier's Pirates (2004) still holds up shockingly well for a game old enough to drink in most countries but I would absolutely love a remaster that makes the game feel a bit more fleshed out and less of a "capture merchant ship, fight/run from pirate hunters, return to friendly port to resupply/sell loot" routine

Oh and if they made Civ 4: 2 I would pay $1,000 for that without thinking. I don't even know what you would do with it other than make graphics more pretty but I don't care I want it anyway
