A bar of soap with a washcloth, and the cheapest 48-72 hour lasting spray on antiperspirant deodorant. No particular brands here, there's not much difference between them. If I want to smell nice, I just put a little bit of cologne on as well. I also avoid shower gels and 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner.
