Of course, US providing more aid isn't going to change that, but it does ensure that more people die.

Pretty sure that ending the war last March and saving hundreds of thousands of lives would've been a better outcome.
Pretty much any time the USA wants something, the more moral and safe option is typically to do the opposite.
