As we know, the word smartass has never been uttered in a movie, book, TV show, English speaking website, the news, or any other place. It it illegal and punishable by drone strike if someone uses a phrase deemed “American” by ElHexo (Per Executive Order #524 Section 3 Clause 2).

Yeah, I'd say if California was in Europe (having been to Europe and looking at the comparison to China), it would be a fairly large European country.
