That could happen to both Biden and Trump lol. Both are old and unhealthy, and displaying signs of dementia. Trump almost died of COVID while president, and his blood is entirely made up of diet Coke at this point. Biden is just incoherent and constantly says things he shouldn't say, much to the dismay of his staff. Remember Blinken's reaction when Biden randomly went on an anti China rant, for no reason at all? Ruined a whole day's work
