Although I'm not very knowledgable about the FARC and ELN, he also seems to have gained enough of the ELN's confidence that they signed a ceasefire within some 6 months of him getting elected.

So, all in all, more progressive and practicing in policy than Lula and Borich, but more patient, compared to Maduro...
