Your best bet is probably just dumping it to a CSV file and then sharing it on Pastebin or something. There truly are no good options for sharing spreadsheets online other than Google docs. You could probably just make fake Google accounts or something.

I'd probably recommend gitlab because it doesn't have M$ pillaging it for AI bullshit to sell to the military.
They just scrape gitlab via bing and incorporate the data into the models that way.
