Basically the title. RiseUp VPN doesn't want to work here (though if someone can help me get it going, that would be awesome), and I don't have the cash on hand to even do a risky free trial that I might forget about.
Perfect is the enemy of good for me here. I've used RiseUp exclusively since I swapped to Linux, but now that I'm on a Fedora based install, that vpn does not want to play nice.
There are effectively zero commercial VPN services that will permit P2P traffic on their free servers, because they would be instantly swamped if they did. The few that do permit it for free, you have to ask yourself how they're paying for that bandwidth.
