Yeah it's some BS most people's insurance wouldn't cover an MRI unless it's an emergency. Basically every weird brain thing or mental illness I've read about will say something like imaging should be done to rule out things like tumors or lesions, but it's pretty much never done.
There are forms of seizures that are rarer and don't present like the normal type people are used to, doctors can't just MRI everyone I guess though so they just assume most mental things are psychological.
Heat stroke definitely can fuck with the brain, hope everything is alright though and you don't have brain worms!
I should also say that one of my siblings thinks it's a heat-stroke, but we're just not sure.
We just can't exactly go through additional medical costs now. Maybe... later? When we're in a better place?

Frankly, we think it may be a PNES-type seizure. That's what several friends of mine think and I can see it.
