We can put them in a little Truman Show town with very good internet and control all inbound information to convince them that actually it's everyone else who's in a zoo. They can spend their time devising ways to get through the firewall to try and contact us dumb farm animals to inform us of our communist imprisonment.
I think that's too much work and mean-spirited, even if they kinda have it coming. I think it'd be simpler and more cost effective to imprison, reeducate, or put them in the ground.
