Thanks comrade for your story and the advice. Ironically, the reason I had moved there was because it seemed quiet. Quieter than my last place where the walls where cinder blocks and no insulation, so I could hear everything including a pin drop. But man, my 2nd day there, we had SWAT show up for someone making threats, barricading themselves in their apartment. Then, we had an invasion of dicks come and hold parties in the parking lot at 4am during school days, waking up parents and kids. The cops had to be called for them but ironically the apts are next to a police station and I'm like, "the cops don't hear that?" They did but the bastards always hauled ass when they saw the cops. Porky finally got a clue and learned how to trap them, so a few got caught and their cars impounded. Things have finally settled down but man, the things I'll endure for a $1200 all included 1bd with better insulation.
