Supreme Court ruled the President gets near absolute immunity and can't have evidence brought forth against him lmaoo
Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclusive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for unofficial acts.
Testimony or private records of the President or his advisers probing such conduct may not be admitted as evidence at trial.
Okay so that gives Biden the green light to arrest Trump because he's such a threat to America and never let him near the WH again, right?
Right?
Biden could drone strike the Supreme Court if he wanted to. Unfortunately, he is not Cool.
He just needs to beat him in a debate then Trump will shrink away and turn to stone like a troll at sunrise.
