There are no orgs that can claim that title. The Parti Communiste Français has entirely dropped communism. They're actually the least left wing of all. La France Insoumise is the biggest attempt at reformist movement that at least incorporate decent geopolitics, LGBT+ rights and anti-colonialism. They do have some Marxists in the backstage running the show but they're still electoralists and refuse to structure themselves as a disciplined party meaning they also have a lot of weirdos. At their left there are only Trotskystes : Lutte Ouvrière is the most paranoid, Nouveau Parti Anticapitaliste the most fractured with a billion tendencies
