    It had a 'slowdown' in the sense that it went from 10% annual growth to around 5%.

    This happened because you can't grow at 10% forever, they started low.

      I think China could possibly grow at 10% still if they adopted awful policies and engaged in number padding like GDP obsessed economies do. But it's rather that they realise that they don't need to and they shouldn't.
