Plus the government mixes Ethanol in the fuel to further fuck up the vehicles all while fuel is already far more expensive than it's international rate and we have access to Russian fuel for even cheaper than that.
Infrastructure is bottom tier with bridges falling apart everytime it Rains a bit. No actual sewage system so water clogs everytime it Rains a bit. Roads are dogshit and riddled with traffic. Most people live like cockroaches in fucked up environments. Honestly I would rather move to Europe than live here.
