I have no less than 5 different types of hot sauce on hand at all times.
Valentina (It's like Tapatio but better)
Melinda's XXXtra Hot Habanero
Pepper Plant garlic sauce
Pico Pica
OG Tabasco
And also the green Jalapeno Tabasco
Oh and sometimes I buy a big container of this really good hot sauce the taco truck by my house makes and I have no idea what is in it but it's fucking amazing.
Valentina is good, the Pepper Plant Garlic sounds nice - haven't had Melinda's and Tabasco just isn't hot enough, I generally use apple cider vinegar where I would have used Tabasco in the past.
With one exception - tabasco/louisianna are great for onion sammiches. Love an onion sammich.
Hee, nice list - Unfortunately I ate the Blaire's insanely hot novelty sauces for a few years and now I need like, well literally ghost pepper paste in my hotsauces.
Tabasco I almost exclusively use for breakfast like on potatoes and on sandwiches because I grew up on italian deli style sandwiches with balsamic vinegar and it's similar but with a kick.
Pepper Plant might be hard to get outside of California as it is only made in Gilroy, the garlic capitol of the world. It isn't that hot but the extra garlic version is just fuckin great. They also have an extra hot one but it's still not that hot.
Youi can have butter, pepper and hotsauce, as a treat!
Mainly tho I just grew up poor. "Onion sammich with potato chips in it as a special treat" poor. I also didn't find out margarine isn't butter until I was almost 30 lmao. I'm not entirely sure I've ever had butter.
I used to hate salt and vinegar chips when I was younger but then I discovered pickle flavored chips which are almost the same thing but with half the amount of salt and vinegar. now I like salt and vinegar chips and they are good on sammiches. I really like this sub sandwich dressing sold here which is basically salt, vinegar, and olive oil
That is a good sammich sauce yes n.n. Also super easy to make at home. Sounds good with a bowl of cucumber as well. My favourite sammich dressing is prolly balsamic vinegar or maybe malted. Or just chili paste for some kinds.
Does this have literally any spices or texture other than soggy wet?
Both gravy and peas have flavour.
Not everything needs to be drenched in shitty chilly sauce.

no spice, just wet.
Also this is why I legitimately do carry a little sauce bottle of 80% sriracha and 20% ghost pepper puree around when people invite me to food.
with the hot sauce.
But honestly, that's wise. I got family that thinks black pepper is spicy, so you're onto something.
In my defence - pockets not purse and also I might be the girl she was trying to relate to. Didn't work

what do you put in an onion sandwich? please tell me its not just bread and onions because I love both bread and onions but that cannot possibly be it
I got some hard news for you comrade.

adding potato chips and pepper changes the dynamic to make it sound good. I'll try it soon because of you
if you like salt and vinegar chips, vinegar on the sammich is also an option. Onions are very good and surprisingly versatile.
