Yeah I was looking at much more expensive controllers and bemoaning the cost, considering if it was worth just building my own until I saw that the Exquis is not terrible cost-wise (it's certainly an investment, but doable long-term) and it's got 3-dimensional aftertouch? For €300? Like that's a feature I think is only otherwise available on the Lumatone which is in excess of 2 grand, and way out of even my long-term price range. And I might not have ever known about it if it weren't for this module showing up on VCV Library. I see it and go "Exquis controller... that looks like a thing I should know more about..."
And so now it's on the Gear Acquisition Syndrome list... sighs at least I know what I want.

I've had a few odd controllers, and I have a square grid one with MPE, but MPE with hex grid for that price?!?!
