I do this to delude myself into thinking that I’m an hour ahead and to mostly cope with the early sunset, so the sun is setting at 5 instead of 4. I get that this is a rather extreme way to cope but I wonder if I’m the only one who does this

    I'm the opposite. I change the time during the summer (and spring and parts of autumn). Clock noon will be the same as solar noon.
