Yes. Philly is a good ingredient - the Sopranos got that bit right. For eggs, if you like em super fluffy, try mixing the beaten egg with some of the 'water' from around a can of corn kernels instead of milk/cream/philly - makes scramblies and omelettes super super fluffy.
