I've spent the last three hours sitting at my computer browsing here and actively not working. Does anyone have practical strategies to get work done when your symptoms are acting up?
I think part of it's burnout setting in after writing 14 chapters over three months, but I'm so close to finishing. Four chapters in one month and I'm in the clear.
Perfect world (or just functional world), I'd get medication/therapy, but it feels like I'm practicing frontier medicine to treat my mental health.
Any advice/tools/strategies would be greatly appreciated.
