:erdogan: for 2 reasons

1. could be misconstrued as being racist, I know it's not, but the intangible connection with a story 6 years ago is not going to be on a lot of people's minds when they see the emoji, while the Turkish=roach 4chan meme is way more prevalent.

2. It has terrible descriptive value, I've never seen the emoji used before today and that could in part be because :dancing-roach: is a way better index than :erdogan:
