The only people for whom the violence and chaos of revolutionary war would be worth it are largely traumatized or marginalized individuals. It's why the vast majority of revolutions only happen in countries where the status quo was borderline hell. The idea that communists have better thoughts so they choose communism is pure liberal/idealistic ideology comrade.
Agree but theres also a number of comrades who were so spoiled that they fell into socialism as a way of rebellion and it likely made too much sense to leave.
