Drink water, yes. But also exercise some during the day (this also means more water lol). Having a couple beers or whatever a few hours after a good work out feels so fucking nice. Plus you'll get tired sooner which helps avoid the "oh shit it's 4 am and I'm still drinking" situation
Drink one strong drink an hour, don’t overdrink or you end up miserable and that’s not the point. Only drink in company. Lots and lots of water. Two or three cups an hour. You’ll pee lots but you’ll be fine.

Not OP, but drink water. Truly helps. Side effect: No hangover!
