Um, does anybody have anymore information about this plan?

"The PCEC's waterfront site" isn't there like two or three roads and a park between the convention centre and the river, is the plan to remove that stuff?

"A formal plan will be presented to the WA government later in 2024", is this the owners saying 'Money Please!'

Has this all started from the underground carpark issues with sinking?

  • Certainly will be interesting to see what happens to those roads + rail line. Guessing the building goes on top of the rail as it's still quite low there. Roads put in tunnels?

    I remember quite a bit of discussion when Colin's hole was getting built about how it would have been better to put riverside drive in a tunnel at the same time rather than after his hole is full of water.

      Forget the roads, they've demolished several city buildings to make this thing.
