I hate everything about the super bowl. I follow the regular season, I love watching the playoffs, but I chose to watch the Waste Management Phoenix Open over the commercial bowl.
Especially when they have the refs nudge the game so that the big market home team gets what they want. Wilson made an incredible play batting down that ball without any holding that was called which could have led to a defensive stop like they got against the Chiefs, but we'll never know now. Defense is so illegal and shit is so rigged I think I'm done entirely with the nfl, all we'll see is small market teams get robbed to craft narratives.
Yeah, I watched the highlights and that was a straight up bullshit call. Not the first time the refs "nudged" the game for the Rams. Remember that PI no call in the NFC championship game vs the Saints? I say this as a (very casual) Rams fan.
