Wouldn't it be easy to circumvent this by just using a corporation to buy the land?

Also, China would do this to secure their food supply, which is why a Chinese company bought Big Hog company Smithfield a while back. They also believe in climate change, so why would they buy land in Arizona?

China has an issue with property speculation too, it's their big current crisis. Lots of Chinese bourgeoisie see international investment in property as a more stable option because America doesn't have a history of land reform.

It's amazing that America is so cucked that Chinese speculators see their real estate as basically guaranteed return on investment. Like, them getting accused of corruption or some other illegality will always be a danger, so they just park their "backup" in the west, where they know that their money makes them untouchable.

Can I volunteer to be chairman of the Not-CCP-Freedom-Eagle-Corp? For a modest salary, I will be the straw purchaser of land in western countries, especially in Arizona?
