I think when we're talking about trillions of dollars, it would be foolish not to presume to use of body doubles and scripted foibles.

      If you use real people instead of characters they might die at inconvenient times. If everything is scripted it's a lot easier to control the zeitgeist.

        If you use characters instead of people then you introduce more moving parts into the system, overcomplicating it and actually making it more prone to failure. Remember K.I.S.S.
