Anarchists sending weapons

Are they even going to be sending weapons? Or is the proposal to send money to some militia group to buy weapons from some chud gun-runners?

Like, it isn't even some kind of "Cuba sending revolutionaries to help liberate Angola" level of mutual aid. It's warmed over consumerism.
