China shouldn't give the Brits the benefit of doing so, tbh. Not that I think the Brits or their American masters would ever allow it.
Soviet carriers bought by India and China seems to be quite operable today, just as the one still in Russia. Much more than contemporary European vessels, of which only Italian "Garibaldi" is still in sevice, and it is to be decomissioned this year.
Also it would be super ugly hotel, since it's probably the ugliest carrier ever made, and that include the early ones and WW2 experiments.
Amazing. They spend a fifth of the cost of this thing on sending 300 migrants to Rwanda...
