The Royal Navy faces the potential sale of one of its aircraft carriers, HMS Prince of Wales, due to funding issues. Despite the "heir and a spare" policy, operational constraints and financial pressures may lead to disposing of the £3.5 billion carrier by 2028.
Soviet carriers bought by India and China seems to be quite operable today, just as the one still in Russia. Much more than contemporary European vessels, of which only Italian "Garibaldi" is still in sevice, and it is to be decomissioned this year.
Also it would be super ugly hotel, since it's probably the ugliest carrier ever made, and that include the early ones and WW2 experiments.
