A serving is 40g. That was about 2 tablespoons so I put more in.

40g of that with about 120ml of milk sounds about right for breakfast. Well... for me anyways 🤣
Throw in milk, berries, cinnamon and a few handfuls of seeds, then top with Greek yogurt and a banana. That might start getting somewhere.
