Fully agree on the healthcare. I arrived about 10 years ago and always wondered why anyone would think the Swedish healthcare system is fine.

It is all built on ibuprofen and paracetamol. And the first info you get when told to take those and wait is that you can also take them together. Wow. Basically it is all about waiting out until you are either better by yourself or until it is bad enough that you get actual treatment.

For children I see it is different, but that is not enough to make it a good system.
