Most of the Imgur link you've shared is broken. Pixelfed is a great fediverse alternative, in case if you're interested in looking for one.
What about archive.org? You can also upload media over there, plus it is also a nice place for archival.

Nevermind, I think this is okay. For some reason, the few instances that I've chosen on LibRedirect does not seem to work properly. I'll add a few from here.
They have a lot of instances in those lists which are deprecated, I'd check the projects' respective github pages for new ones. For instance Nitter only has poast.org and privacydev.net
