This is such blatant bullshit. almost sure she's talking the DC metro. which I've taken 100s of times. Frequently had to wait for a bus right in full view of the gates too, if it averaged to one every 15 minutes I'd be shocked. If you're gonna hate monger at least put a little effort in.
