I just love watching the panic in the west over how quickly China is catching up. I fully expect that China will surpass the west technologically in every respect within a decade.
Was that the magic number they were going for to match tech the US was blocking?
It's long past time to move on from archaic inefficient x86 monopoly.
Oh look just as I expected, western sanctions are indeed useless and only harms their own country, not China.
