They mostly do that, Bilibili ha a content feature where you can skip to different sections of the video, in that case the individual lectures
I wonder if he's been a victim of anti-Chinese racism? I doubt the average yank would care enough to notice if the guy they're hurling slurs at is Chinese or Japanese. And he's probably old enough to remember the last wave of anti-Japanese racism in the 80s and 90s.
