    I hope this is true, but there is a voice in the back of my head saying this is a bunch of lies because they are also trying to ramp up for war in Korea and China, that and I cannot see the tactical reason for saying this publicly if its true

      The US military industry is designed to soak up money without producing much of anything. Once they run through the existing stockpiles of ammunition, new ones can't be produced at the rate they’re being consumed.
