    Saw something like this happen personally. My neighbor's dog (a light grey shitzu) was barking and whining in the voting booth next to me while its owner was saying, "that's right, vote for Trump and I won't take away your ball."

    I told a poll worker, but he just laughed and said "what are you talking about, dogs can't vote."

          Some places do. I did it in the city election here after my mail-in ballot got damaged; went over to the local college which opens a few days early for this purpose.

      You can vote in person before the election. In Texas early voting ended Nov 1. I’m not answering to whether this is BS or not, just that you can vote in person in Nov 1 in some places.
