Macau isn't the only place in China where gambling is legal.
There are no casinos in Hong Kong but gambling on the horse races is a staple of local culture.
Oh for sure Macau has more of an issue. Just fact-checking the Guardian's claim that Macau is the only place it's permitted.
Challenge: find an article about china in mainstream media that does not try to forcibly mention tiananmen square to put china in a bad light.
Dificulty literally harder than impossible.
