Side note, but does anyone know of good Historical Materialist analyses of Ancient and Medieval history? I don't know a ton of history, pre-17th century, and would like to flesh out my understanding through stuff that isn't just a list of kings and empires, and battles
Tides of History is a good resource particularly the Roman episodes
