I received messages about an account that wasn't mine, to an email address that wasn't even the one I used back when I still had Discord.

It seems to be them, their address is correct, and is properly signed as far as I can tell.

What is even going on here. Come on, Discord.

    I got this too.

I have a Discord account. But I was never able to use it because they demanded that I enter a phone number. Can't do that, I dont have a phone number for security reasons.

You can, but I don't know how/when they ask for it. When I changed my email on my main a couple months ago they asked for a number. When I changed the email of an alt recently they didn't, which was weird.

FYI, that first screenshot is probably sufficient to make out your name, in case that's your actual name

Could've done that a bit better, that's true. It's not even my own name, which is why I painted over it in the first place

Discord was (is?) rather aggressive about setting up new accounts. You could have clicked an invite link two years ago and it associated with your email and generated an account.

The one account I had, I made on my own accord, no invites or anything. Didn't even know invites were a thing

I received the same two messages but with an alt account that was actually mine and haven't used in like 2 years. Strange...
