By the two year point:

This meta-analysis shows the presence of post-COVID symptoms in 30% of patients two-years after COVID-19. Fatigue, cognitive disorders, and pain were the most prevalent post-COVID symptoms. Psychological disturbances as well as sleep problems were still present two-years after COVID-19.

“This is what our ruling class has decided will be normal.”

Took 4 years for my LC symptoms to go away. POTS was the last lingering one to go. Would not wish it on anyone.

cuddle I am still with them, GI issues are the longest this time, but have had the POTS stuff too and severe joint/muscle pain. Just got a gastroscopy done for this, nothing obvious was found as it to be expected.

It's exhausting, this will just continue. Nobody gets to go two years without getting it again because nowhere is it accomodated for, not even in hospitals.

It sucks. I work in social work and have to often enter hospitals or care homes, the embracing of disease is everywhere. My relative is an elementaly school teacher with kids, they are constantly horribly ill these days. No mild colds anymore, but week long scary fevers and stuff.

Just came home from a hospital just now, I was the only person in there with a mask. I had a procedure so had to sit in there for an hour after in the lobby, not a single other mask in that time. Lots of old folk and people with severe issues around, but nobody gives a fuck.
