Owen Farrell banned from England’s first two Rugby World Cup matches

Owen Farrell will miss England’s first two World Cup matches against Argentina and Japan after the decision to rescind his red card was overturned

Backdated to include the Ireland match, so will miss England’s first two matches at the WC.

Seems like the right outcome to me, albeit with some added steps.
