The OG Siracha doesn't exist after their split with underwood. It doesn't taste the same, it's purely name recognition at this point. The upside is there is a lot more people making siracha-like sauces now, https://thaiandtrue.com/products/sarachee-hot-sauce has been my favorite so far.
Tabasco brand siracha is really good. The little bit of vinegar goes a long way
