    Male dominated field, highly skilled individuals that are hard to displace, stressful work environment, all a recipe for disaster.

    It's outrageous to me that people in the room can stay silent in the face of such obvious inappropriate behavior.

    It's crazy how bad things are, and yet the only reason we're learning any of this is because it's ammo for selling the NHS off to United Healthcare
