Wow, what news. US spies on China, China spies on US. I can’t wait to find out if Russia and the US spy on each other, or if North Korea and China spy on each other. Or if (country) spies on (other country).

So you're just gonna excuse it when our people get caught poking their noses where it doesn't belong, but hoot, holler, pearl-clutch, and swoon over your chaise when they do it to us, is what I'm reading from this. Acting like I didn't watch y'all yankee motherfuckers go DEFCON 1, damned near emptying the silos over a fuckin weather balloon.

I’m no yank, and is it really news that major country spies on other major country? Allies spy on allies, why would enemies not also spy and sabotage each other?

Should they do this? Probably not. Is it surprising that they do? Not at all.

With how much your post history polishes Amerikan boot, I have my doubts-- unless of course, you're a brit, which still puts you under the purview of FIVE-EYES and NATO. Ergo, still as bad as a yank. Want to try that one again?

          For posterity:

It’s because americans are good at capitalism. Americans are so much more willing to put up capital to invest in a start up. In Europe investors are so much more risk averse, that they never hit any big wins. It also makes companies list on the american exchanges over european equivelant ones.

I thought the indians did teach colonists how to grow crops like corn and often shared food with them. But then large amounts of Indians would die from a plague every time the colonists visited (disease moment), and then they became suspicious that they were purposefully killing them. And then the colonists grew suspicious that the Indians were planning on killing them and then they all killed each other. Except the colonists had guns and so they won.

...Why am I even humoring this conversation lmfao

I don’t understand what your ultimate point is? Is it not common knowledge that major powers spy and sabotage each other? And would that not make this news uninteresting?

And you bring up my other comments, but are you trying to argue that Americans are bad at capitalism with my first comment? Americans are undoubtedly the best at capitalism, name one other country that really takes capitalism and sticks to it like it’s the only thing they know how.

You are furious at me and all I have said is that this is not new news to anyone with common sense.

              Show debate pervert

My point is it doesn't matter if you think you're consistent. The alliance you live under, that necessitates everyone else having intelligence bureaus, will never fail to gasp and clutch pearls about it (they're literally doing it in the thread next door, right now); and then here you come, acting like your smug, enlightened individualism in the face of so much ignorant Western crybullying by our collective governments changes things a jot. And while we're here, honestly, I don't give a shit who's 'good at capitalism'; I believe in the end of that blight of a system. The point of that is to illustrate why I don't believe you when you say you're not a yank.
