Neither on a regular basis, but I also don't turn them down (unless I'm driving). Though thinking about it I would probably turn down anything that requires a needle.

No, but I find people who indulge to be much more interesting and pleasent. Do you know the type? Someone who has something snarky to say, isn't easily frustrated by unpleasant things, and who embraces being a work in progress. Unironically, I like a centrist who isn't defined by their use, but also doesn't look down on use in my personal life.
